By accessing or using VPNWebsite services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new VPS plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase. Renewals and upgrade fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may only use VPNWebsite services for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Running cryptocurrency mining operations
• Hosting illegal content
• Launching DDoS attacks or network abuse
• Spam or bulk email sending
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Violations will result in immediate service termination without refund.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. Unscheduled outages will be credited according to our SLA.

5. Payment & Billing

Services are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in service suspension. Suspended services are terminated after 14 days of non-payment.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your trading data on the VPS remains your property and is not accessed by VPNWebsite staff except for technical support purposes with your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

VPNWebsite is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
